Every month we pick a participant is chosen as the rider of the month. The winners are chosen based on how well rider improves.

This months winner is:

Jackson & Dylan Kloner

Jackson and Dylan Kloner are 4 and 7 years old respectively.  They started at the Los Angeles location of Healing Horses in September 2009.  A friend told us about Healing Horses and we thought it would be a great physical activity for them along with getting to love horses.  Jackson was diagnosed with Autism and sensory processing and riding "Red" has helped him strengthen his body and hold himself like a true horsemen.  Dylan loves taking the class along with Jackson and is now handling the horse on his own.  They both have learned to love and treat the horses with respect.  Healing Horses has been a wonderful experience for our whole family.

All Stars of the Month receive a portrait of themselves by Rancho Mirage based TACook, a California portrait painter with a family member in the program, a commerative certificate and a $5 gift card for McDonalds as well as being highlighted on the website for the entire month.
